We’re centrally located in Missouri, so most shipments arrive to you within 3-4 business days of being shipped from our warehouse. Please take a look at the ship times map below to estimate shipping time from our warehouse to your location.
Keep in mind that arrival times for your merchandise are dramatically different between stock and custom apparel. Please see the stock vs. custom tab to learn more.
Returns & Exchanges:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please note that Custom Apparel and Stock Apparel and items have different return policies:
Custom Apparel: is made to your color and logo specification when you place your order and cannot be returned or exchanged. Size charts are provided for reference with each item to help in choosing the correct size. Your O’Reilly customer service team is available to answer questions you may have about the style or material of custom items. We’ve also noted in product descriptions if items tend to run smaller or larger than normal for each size.
**Please note that at any item with a monogrammed name cannot be returned due to the personalization of the item.**
In Stock Apparel: may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of your original purchase, if the items are new (unlaundered and unworn) and in their original condition. If you need to return or exchange a stock item, please contact the O’Reilly store customer service team at 636-939-6060 or by email at email@example.com.

You can return your merchandise by any shipment method you prefer, or request we issue a pre-paid return shipping label. A small fee of $7.95 will be deducted from your return if you use the pre-paid shipping label for your return.
Once we receive your goods and confirm they are new and unworn, we will refund you for those items. In the meantime, you can place a new order while you are waiting for the refund, or wait for the return to be refunded before placing a new order.
