In-Stock vs Custom




In-Stock “Quick Ship” Merchandise:

We now have many wearable items (caps, t-shirts, jackets, polos) and specialty items (coolers, backpacks, towels, drinkware, etc.) that are on the shelf and in our warehouse, ready for quick shipment within 2-3 business days. These items are typically available in one color, although some are changed by the season to provide product variety.  We’ll also introduce new stock items throughout the years. Since we stock these items, we can accept returns and exchanges if the item doesn’t fit or you don’t like the style or color. Returns and exchanges must be in original condition (not laundered or worn) for an authorized exchange. Please read our full Return & Exchange policy for instructions on how to obtain a return or exchange authorization.

Custom Apparel:

The custom apparel section of our store allows you to not only choose the color of the item you like, but also specify which logo you would prefer.  Because of the vast array of colors and sizes offered, these items are ordered from our clothing mills the week you place your custom order.  We work with mills all over the USA to provide a wide range of product choices. Mills can be backordered on certain colors or sizes and transit time can be up to five business days to our facility. When your custom apparel choice is received at our facility, we schedule and decorate to your specification within a week.  Our goal is to always deliver your custom order within a 2 -3 week period. If your item is on backorder or other factors cause a delay, we will contact you. Because these items are ordered and decorated to your custom specifications, we cannot accept returns on these items.

What happens if you want BOTH – Placing a Combined Order:

If your order contains both stock and custom order apparel (we call that a combined order), we will hold your order until all pieces are ready to ship. This saves you from paying double the freight. But if you realize after placing a combined order that you want your stock items faster, please call us at 636-939-6060 and we can make that happen for you. We’ll collect a freight only payment from you and split your order so that your stock items can be out the door that day.
