Is this store where I order Approved Field Management Apparel?  

I'm sorry, but this is not the correct store! If you are in the Field Apparel program and have a yearly shirt allowance, then you need to click here to visit the Field Apparel Store. If you are not in the program, however, and need to purchase Field Apparel, it can be found on this store in both mens' and ladies styles. Each approved Field Apparel item is marked with an "Approved Field Apparel" icon.  

How do I place an order? 

To begin simply click on either "Create an Account" or "Sign In" near the top of the page. You will need to create an account if you have not already done so. You will have the opportunity to create a password that is unique to you.  Once signed in, you can view information regarding your account under "Account Details," including preferred shipping address, order status and previous orders.  

If you prefer not to create an account, you also have the option to check out as a guest.  

Do I need to create a new account or can I use my account from a different O'Reilly Online Store? 

No previous information is stored in this Company Store.  You will need to start fresh and create your own personal account.

What if I do not know my username and/or password?

Your username is your email address.  If you have already created an account on this store and do not remember your password, there is an option for the system to send you an email reminder.  If that is not an option for you, please give your O'Reilly customer service team a call, toll free, at 636-939-6060 or email us at and we can help assist you in creating a new password.

What are my payment options?

We accept all forms of personal credit card: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

What if I am having trouble logging into my account?

There are a few things you can do.  First, double check your e-mail address to ensure you have entered it correctly.  If you can not remember your password, you can either reset it on your own or you can give us a call and we can help you to reset it.

When should I expect my order?

We offer both In Stock & Custom decorated apparel! Please refer here to our In Stock vs Customs page for a full explanation.

Can I have my name monogrammed on my shirt?

Yes you can! As long as the item is not marked "Field Apparel".  If you are interested in that option, please email us with your order number, and confirmed spelling of each item you would like monogrammed. It will be an additional $7.50 per item and we will need your credit card number to charge. Please note that at any item with a monogrammed name cannot be returned due to the personalization of the item.

Do you ship to Alaska & Hawaii?

Yes, we do! 

How does the transaction read on my credit card statement after I make a purchase?

 It will read " 636-939-6060" as we are a supplier to O'Reilly.  

How long do I have to return my items?

We are happy to accept returns for orders up to 30 days from your order date. Please keep in mind that custom items are not returnable. Please click here to see our full Shipping & Returns section for details.

Your order contains both quick ship In-Stock items AND Custom items, which take a little longer. You have a choice to make on how to proceed with your order!
